LAUNCH · FOR PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS

Build a care ministry that lasts.

LAUNCH is BCC’s partnership with churches. We train your leader to lead, your team earns the Lay Counseling Certificate together, and your church gets its own private cohort and community, with BCC beside you the whole way. It is included with every Care Team membership. There is no separate fee for LAUNCH.

Since 1989 · 15,000+ trained · Recognized by ACBC, ABC, IABC & IRBC

Taught by 22 counselors who still counsel every week — 200,000+ hours of experience on staff

HOW THE LAUNCH WORKS

Three steps to a trained care team.

1 · Talk with BCC or sign up Book a call on the main BCC site and we will map what a care ministry could look like at your church, or sign your team up directly if you are ready. 2 · Your leader takes LAUNCH The 27-lesson LAUNCH course walks your point leader through starting a counseling ministry. Review the lessons and materials on the main BCC site. 3 · Your team gets certified Your own cohort of up to 15 people works through the Lay Counseling Certificate together in your church’s private group, with live Q&A from our counselors.

Included with Care Team

Your church can become a place of compassionate, Christ-centered care.

Care Team membership is $25 per person, per month, and LAUNCH comes with it. Start with a conversation on the main BCC site, or sign your team up now and we will be in touch to plan your launch.
